摘要

探讨了凝结水泵变频调速技术的原理,并进行了变频改造试验分析和节能经济性分析.经过凝结水泵变频改造后,机组在低负荷时可节约电率51%,在高负荷时可节约电率13% ~35%,节电效果显著,为企业节省了成本.

Abstract

This paper explores the principle of the technology of frequency control of motor speed for condensate pumps,and conducts the analyses of frequency conversion renovation experiments and energy conservation econo-my. After the frequency conversion renovation of the pumps,the unit can save about 51% of electricity at low loads and 13% ~15% at high loads. The electricity-saving effect is remarkable,saving costs for enterprises.
