摘要

针对移动电站虚拟维修仿真的需求,搭建了某型移动电站的虚拟维修平台框架.利用CATIA软件建立移动电站三维模型,利用DELMIA软件建立人体模型,并给出了虚拟人维修仿真的运行实例.研究表明,基于DELMIA进行移动电站的维修训练仿真具有可行性和有效性,可为其他设备的虚拟维修仿真平台开发提供参考.

Abstract

According to the demand of virtual maintenance simulation of the mobile power station,a virtual mainte-nance platform framework of a certain type of mobile power station is built. The CATIA software is used to build the 3D model of the mobile power station,the DELMIA software is used to build the model of human body,and the op-erating example of the maintenance simulation implemented by a virtual human is given. The research shows that the maintenance training simulation of the mobile power station based on the DELMIA is feasible and effective,which provides a reference for the development of virtual maintenance simulation platforms for other equipment.
