The construction of the urban-region industry-education consortium is one of the important measures of the"one body,two wings and five key points"reform of China's modern vocational education system in the new stage, which is of great significance to breaking through the bottleneck problems of"seeming integration"and"enterprises' inactive participation"in school-enterprise cooperation,promoting the industry-education integration of vocational education to go deep and solid, and optimizing the type orientation of vocational education. Based on some policy-related documents, in combination with the exploration of practical experience, this paper briefly ana-lyzes the significance of the construction of the consortium, actively explores the innovative ways of the construc-tion, and promotes the consolidation of the guarantee mechanism of the construction,which provides reference for pooling resources to build the consortium and deepening the reform of the construction of the modern vocational edu-cation system.
