摘要

通过构建高职学生职业能力模型探究双创教育对学生职业能力的影响机制.实证研究表明,双创教育可提升高职学生职业能力,亦可促使学生增加双创学习的投入进而提升学生的双创能力.高职院校应构建"专创融合"和"项目赋能"的共生发展课程模式,完善双创教育支持机制,激发学生学习性投入,从而提升学生职业能力.

Abstract

By constructing a model of vocational ability for vocational college students,this paper probes into the in-fluencing mechanism of the education of business startups and innovation on students' vocational ability. The empiri-cal study shows that the education can improve their vocational ability,increase their input in the learning of busi-ness startups and innovation,and then enhance their ability of business startups and innovation. Vocational colleges should build a symbiotic development-based curriculum model featured by"specialized integration of business star-tups and innovation"and"project empowerment",perfect the support mechanism for the education of business star-tups and innovation,stimulate students' learning input,and raise their vocational ability.
