The cultivation of college students' spirit of responsibility in the new era should be started from under-standing its scientific connotation and grasping its value implication,to deeply deeply explore realistic ways of its cultivation. College students should be guided to strengthen their spirit of responsibility and consciously shoulder the heavy responsibility entrusted by the new era in practice by uniting colleges and universities,families,the society and individuals.
