摘要

"十四五"时期职业技能培训面临新的挑战,职业技能培训难以适应人工智能、大数据、物联网、虚拟现实等信息技术的发展要求,支持职业技能培训的教学模式及课程资源亟须完善.针对基于"虚拟仿真实训教学与资源云平台"建设的职业技能培训开展研究.探索与学校职业技能培训工作实际相符合的"人工智能+"培训新形态,推动学校职业技能培训、"1+X"证书制度试点工作、技能竞赛等工作的变革创新,以促进学校职业技能培训教学工作高质量发展,促进区域经济可持续发展.

Abstract

Vocational skills training is facing new challenges during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period. It is difficult for the training to adapt to the requires of development of artificial intelligence,big data,Internet of Things,virtual reality and other information technologies. The teaching mode and curriculum resources supporting vocational skills training is badly in need of improvement. This paper studies the vocational skills training based on the background of the construction of the"virtual simulation practical teaching and resource cloud platform". In addition,it explores the new form of"artificial intelligence+"training that is consistent with the actual work of vocational skills training in schools,and promotes the reform and innovation of vocational skills training in schools,the pilot work of"1+X"certificate system and skills competitions, so as to boost the high-quality development of vocational skills training and teaching in schools as well as advancing the sustainable development of regional economy.
