A Study on the Influencing Factors of the Behavior Intentions of Provision Transformation of Information Resources of English Teachers in Vocational Colleges Based on the UTAUT Model
The behavior of the provision transformation of information resources of English teachers in vocational col-leges is related to the quality of integration of information technology and vocational English teaching. Based on the UTAUT model,with the performance expectation,effort expectation,community influence,convenience,self-effica-cy,information awareness and content resources as the core variables,and the gender,years of teaching,educational background and positional title as the moderating variables,this paper establishes a research model of the influen-cing factors of the behavior intentions of provision transformation of information resources of English teachers in vo-cational colleges and analyzes the moderating effects. The results show that the performance expectation, conven-ience,self-efficacy and information awareness have a remarkable impact on the teachers' IT behavior intentions, while the educational background and positional title have a notable moderating effect on their information awareness and convenience. Based on the above,such suggestions and countermeasures as establishing the concept of lifelong learning,enhancing teachers' information literacy,strengthening classified training,intensifying their information a-bility,giving precise policies and providing convenient conditions are put forward.
