摘要

对某供电公司一起110 kV变电站主变有载重瓦斯故障跳闸事故进行分析,通过现场变压器油气分析和电气试验,确定了有载开关的真空灭弧室应断未断是导致此次重瓦斯跳闸事故的原因.随后对有载开关吊芯进行解体检查,分析了真空灭弧室卡死的原因并还原了故障过程,最后提出了相应的预防措施.

Abstract

This paper analyzes an on-load heavy gas tripping fault of the main transformer of the ll0kV substation in a power supply company.Through on-site oil and gas analysis and electrical tests of the transformer,it has been de-termined that the fault was caused by the fact that the vacuum bubble of the on-load switch had not been broken.Then,the hanging core of the on-load switch was disassembled and inspected,the cause of the stuck vacuum bubble was analyzed,the process of the fault was restored,and corresponding precautionary measures were proposed.
