摘要

针对火电厂在役多年的300 MW亚临界机组进行超低排放改造的过程,从热控专业角度对新增超低排放设备后续运行的控制方式和逻辑,实施了全过程动态调整和优化,通过不断完善控制逻辑,最终满足了实现亚临界燃煤机组超低排放运行的环保要求,可为同类型机组提供了一定的参考.

Abstract

This paper introduces the process of the ultra-low emission renovation of the 300MW subcritical unit which has been in service for many years in a thermal power plant.From the perspective of the major of thermal control,the whole-process dynamic adjustment and optimization of the control mode and logic of the subsequent operation of the newly-added ultra-low emission equipment have been implemented.Through continuous improvement of the con-trol logic,the requirements of environmental protection for realizing the operation with ultra-low emission of the sub-critical coal-fired unit have been finally met,which provides reference for same types of units.
