The effect of Marxist belief education in vocational colleges is affected by many factors.It is of great bene-fit to accurately identify the influencing degree of each factor to put forward targeted intervention strategies.Based on the literature research,the DEMATEL method is used to empirically test the influence of the educator,education receiver,education medium and education environment on Marxist belief education.The results show that teachers'quality and educational concepts are key factors affecting the effect.Educational content,organization and manage-ment play a regulating role in improving it,while educational discourse,classroom environment,methods and cyber-space play a supporting role.Finally,based on the results of the study,this paper puts forward relevant intervention strategies for the effectiveness of Marxist belief education in vocational colleges.
