A Study on the Value of"Persisting in Keeping the World in Mind"for Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities
Keeping the world in mind is a macroscopic way of thinking and concept of value,which can help people better understand and transform the world.In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"persisting in keeping the world in mind"was summarized for the first time as the world outlook and meth-odology of the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,and was written into the important documents of the Party,indicating its importance in all work.As the product of the"two combinations","persisting in keeping the world in mind"has rich philosophical implications and plays an important leading role in the devel-opment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.From the three dimensions of world outlook,methodology and values,this paper explores the new perspective,method and mission of"persisting in keeping the world in mind"to implement a good ideological and political education and promote the work of cul-tivating virtues and morality in colleges and universities,which is beneficial to improving the level and effectiveness of the work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
