A Study on the Ways of Constructing Innovative Teaching Teams for English Teachers in Vocational Colleges Based on the School-Enterprise Cooperation
Strengthening the construction of innovative teaching teams for English teachers in vocational colleges through the school-enterprise cooperation is of great significance for accurately grasping the needs of enterprises for talents,guiding teachers in improving their practical abilities,and reinforcing the weaknesses in traditional English teaching.From the perspective of the school-enterprise cooperation,the construction faces difficulties such as Eng-lish teachers'insufficient grasp of models of school-enterprise cooperation,their lack of teaching abilities fit for the development of enterprises,immature management mechanisms,and incomplete incentive mechanisms.Based on the above,this paper proposes ways of constructing innovative teaching teams for English teachers in the aspects of up-dating concepts,strengthening the management,cultivating abilities and improving incentives.
