A Study on the Cultivation of Formation of Vocational College Students'Positive Psychological Qualities Through Experiential Learning Based on Digital Resources
The cultivation of college students'positive psychological qualities is a crucial part of the process of mental health education.Guiding vocational college students to implement experiential learning activities such as analysis,reasoning,reflection and experimentation in the classroom plays a key role in improving their positive psychological qualities.This paper integrates digital resources,clarifies existing researches on cultivating positive psychological qualities home and abroad,and uses research achievements in this field for reference to build an experimental learn-ing framework with the support of rich digital resources.It also undertakes the design of a classroom activity process for cultivating positive psychological qualities.Finally,it proposes strategies and suggestions for the formation of vo-cational college students'positive psychological qualities.
