摘要
双创教育生态体系建设是推动高职院校创业就业教育的关键环节,对于营造创新创业育人氛围具有积极作用.在充分把握双创教育生态体系的内涵、特征及发展意义基础上,结合目前高职院校双创教育生态体系构建过程中存在的就业功利化导向、育人体系建设不足、主体缺乏深层参与、形式化的增量教育等问题,从厘清教育内涵、优化培养方案、使多元主体协同参与、健全育人机制等方面出发,提出新时代高职院校双创教育生态体系的构建路径.
Abstract
The construction of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation education ecosystem is a key link in promo-ting entrepreneurship and employment education in vocational colleges,and plays a positive role in creating an inno-vative and entrepreneurial education atmosphere.Based on the connotation,characteristics and significance of devel-opment of the ecosystem,in combination with such problems in the current process of its construction in vocational colleges as the employment utilitarianism-orientation,the insufficient construction of the education system,the lack of deep participation of subjects,and formalized incremental education,this paper proposes the ways of construction of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation education ecosystem in vocational colleges in the new era in the aspects of clarifying the connotation of education,optimizing the training scheme,realizing coordinated participation of sub-jects,and improving the education mechanism.
