摘要

CF3I气体全球增温潜能值极低且绝缘性能极好,成为SF6气体潜在替代气体之一.利用BOLSIG+软件求解CF3I-CO2、CF3I-N2混合气体在0.1 MPa、300 K条件下的二项近似Boltzmann方程,得到不同比例下CF3I混合气体的折合电离系数、折合吸附系数、折合有效电离系数、折合临界击穿场强,对比分析两种混合气体的绝缘性能,得到CF3I-N,混合气体更有可能成为SF6气体的替代气体的结论.

Abstract

CF3Igas has a very low potential value of greenhouse effect and excellent insulating property,so it has be-come one of the potential substitute gases for SF6.In this paper,the BOLSIG+software is used to solve the binomi-al approximate Boltzmann equation of CF3I-CO2 and CF3I-N2 mixed gases under the conditions of 0.1 MPa and 300 K,and the reduced ionization coefficient(α/N),reduced adsorption coefficient(η/N),reduced effective ioni-zation coefficient(α/η)/N and reduced critical breakdown field strength(E/N)cr of CF3I mixed gases under dif-ferent proportions are obtained.By comparing and analyzing the insulating properties of the two mixed gases,it is concluded that CF3I-N2 mixed gas is more likely to be a substitute gas for SF6 gas.
