This paper briefly describes the typical faults of the FGD(flue gas desulfurization)absorption tower system equipment during its operation in a coal-fired power plant,points out the potential major safety risks,analyzes the causes of the faults,and gives brief handling ways and suggestions,to ensure its long-term safe and stable operation.
