Cultivating virtues and morality is the fundamental task of education.Cultivating counselors'digital accom-plishment in colleges and universities is crucial for the high-quality development of higher education,which re-sponds to the call of the digital transformation of education in the new era and meets both the internal needs of counselors'role orientation and the requirements of students'cognitive and behavioral changes.However,they are faced with such difficulties as prolonged shifts of cognitive attitudes leading to digital cognitive biases,lagging re-newals of digital knowledge reserves hindering applications of digital technology,inadaptability to students'digital needs resulting in misalignment of the focus of work.This paper proposes relevant solutions like stimulating counselors'drive in learning,reconstructing digital knowledge systems,integrating digital resources,strengthening digital infrastructure,and establishing feedback evaluation mechanisms with multi-party collaborative participation.The above measures can give full play to internal and external forces to enhance counselors'digital accomplishment in colleges and universities.
