A Study on the Impact of Enrollment Expansion in Colleges and Universities on College Graduates'Employment:A Signal System Model
This paper constructs a system evolution model based on the signal theory, regarding the current cumula-tive number of unemployed graduates as a superimposed response of input signals such as enrollment and job posi-tions.Based on this, the impact of enrollment expansion in colleges and universities on college graduates'employ-ment is studied in three different situations. The theoretical analysis has obtained market equilibrium results and necessary conditions for an effective education and employment system. The numerical analysis has found that the cumulative number of unemployed graduates will experience passive fluctuations due to the limitations of market po-sitions.Finally,based on the expanded form of the model, effective suggestions have been given for adjusting the structure of personnel training and promoting the matching of the job market.
