输电线路除冰机器人设计与研究

高压输电线路冬季受环境影响极易发生覆冰现象,传统的人工除冰效率很低,并且危险性极高.为了解决这些问题,提出了一款输电线路除冰机器人.首先,结合除冰作业过程对除冰机器人的除冰装置、六旋翼无人机、除冰铣削刀进行结构设计,然后在此基础上利用三维软件SolidWorks建立了除冰机器人的三维模型,最后利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对除冰机器人的关键部件铣削刀强度进行强度校核.结果表明,设计结构均满足强度刚度要求.
Design and Research on the Deicing Robot for Transmission Lines
High-voltage transmission lines are prone to icing in winter due to the influence of the environment,the ef-ficiency of the traditional artificial deicing is very low with high risks.In order to solve the problem,this paper pro-poses a deicing robot for transmission lines.First,the deicing device,six-rotor UAV and deicing milling cutter of the robot are designed in combination with the operating process of deicing.Then,a three-dimensional model of the ro-bot is created by utilizing the SolidWorks.Finally,its crucial component,the milling cutter,undergoes a rigorous strength check with the help of the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The results show that the designed struc-tures meet the strength and rigidity requirements.
