10kV变电站转运手车的设计与研究

为了解决传统变电站断路器检修过程中人工拖动断路器劳动强度大、转运效率低、存在安全隐患的问题,设计了一款新型10 kV变电站转运手车,该装置能够自动调节高度、自动调节宽度,并且能够对断路器进行智能找正、自动解扣、自动拖移.然后对转运手车的关键零部件仿真分析,最后研制了转运手车样机并进行了现场试验.结果表明,采用本文设计的转运手车进行断路器检修,降低了断路器检修劳动强度,转运效率提高了 3 倍;与传统转运手车相比,该转运手车具有良好的通用性.
Design and Research on the Transfer Cart of the 10 kV Substation
In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,low transfer efficiency and hidden safety risks in the traditional manual labor-based maintenance process of the circuit breaker of the substation,this paper designs a new type of transfer cart of the 10 kV substation,which can automatically adjust the height and width as well as realizing intelligent alignment,automatic uncoupling and automatic towing of the circuit breaker.Then,the key parts of the transfer cart are simulated and analyzed.Finally,the prototype of the transfer cart is developed and the field test is carried out.The results show that the transfer cart designed in this paper,with good versatility compared with the traditional one,reduces the labor intensity in the maintenance of the circuit breaker,and the transfer efficiency is in-creased by 3 times.
