摘要

受新能源平价上网政策影响,光伏电站发电收益不断触碰瓶颈,光伏电站碳减排效益受到越来越多关注.考虑光伏电站碳减排开发成本和碳减排效益的基础上,采用全寿命周期建模方法,从成本、效益及其评估3 个维度出发,建立考虑碳减排效益的光伏电站全寿命周期经济性评估模型.基于该模型,通过实例分析碳减排效益对光伏发电项目经济性的影响,并对影响光伏发电效益的关键因素进行敏感性分析.研究成果可为考虑碳减排因素的光伏发电项目投资决策提供理论支撑.

Abstract

Affected by the policy of equal price-based grid connection of new energy,the power generation profits of the photovoltaic power station continue to hit the bottleneck,and its benefit of carbon emission reduction has re-ceived more and more attention.Considering the costs of carbon emission reduction development and the benefit of carbon emission reduction,by means of the method of whole-life cycle modeling,this paper introduces the establish-ment of the model of whole-life cycle economy evaluation of the photovoltaic power station in consideration of the benefit of carbon emission reduction from such three dimensions as the costs,benefit and evaluation.Based on the model,the impact of the benefit of carbon emission reduction on the economy of photovoltaic power generation pro-jects is analyzed through examples,and the sensitivity analysis of key factors affecting the benefit of photovoltaic power generation is implemented.The results of the research can provide theoretical support for the investment deci-sion of photovoltaic power generation projects considering the factors of carbon emission reduction.
