摘要

新质生产力由技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置、产业深度转型升级而催生,新质人才梯队建设成为支撑新质生产力发展的核心.职业教育指向发展新质技术技能人才培养,在支撑新质生产力的应然视域下,新质技术技能人才呈现创变能力、跨界融合、技术具身、人机共生、绿色发展的基本特质.推动新质技术技能人才的培养,职业教育教学改革需从以下方面着力:面向"未来产业"超前优化专业布局,围绕"三级螺旋"构建课程集群,基于"数字孪生"融创教学资源,基于大小模型打造智慧教育场域等.

Abstract

New quality productive forces are brought into being by revolutionary technological breakthroughs,innova-tive allocation of production factors and deep industrial transformation and upgrading,and the echelon construction of new quality talents has become the core to support the development of new quality productive forces.Vocational education is oriented to the development of the cultivation of new quality technical and skilled talents.In the view of supporting new quality productive forces,new quality technical and skilled talents show the basic characteristics of innovation ability,cross-border integration,technology embodiment,man-machine symbiosis and green development.To promote the cultivation of new quality technical and skilled talents,the teaching reform of vocational education should focus on the following aspects such as optimizing the major layout in advance for the"future industry",con-structing course clusters around the"three-level spiral",integrating and innovating teaching resources based on the"digital twining",and building smart educational fields based on the size model.
