摘要

高职院校辅导员数字素养的提升是应对教育数字化变革的重要策略,这对于提升教育与管理质量颇具时代意义.本文着重探讨了高职院校辅导员数字素养所蕴含的意义,同时揭示了其在教育与管理实践中发展数字素养所陷主体意向之式微、研培机制之势弱、测评体系之待建的困囿.为突破此困囿,提出了构筑主体意向的价值生态、建构优师培育的制度模式、塑造科学有效的评价路径这3 个层面的解决策略.

Abstract

The enhancement of digital literacy of counselors in vocational colleges is an important strategy to respond to the digital transformation of education,which is of great significance for improving the quality of education and management in this era.This paper focuses on the significance of digital literacy of counselors in vocational colleges as well as revealing the difficulties in its development in education and management practice such as the decline of the subject intention,the weakness of the research and training mechanism,and the need to build an evaluation sys-tem.In order to break through those difficulties,this paper puts forward three solutions like constructing the value e-cology of the subject intention,building the institutional mode of the cultivation of excellent teachers,and shaping scientific and effective ways of evaluation.
