Grassroots Governance Capacity Building in the Process of Chinese-style Modernization:Value Implication,Reality Obstruction and Path Support
The modernization of grass-roots governance system and governance capacity is an important part of Chinese-style modernization,and strengthening the construction of grass-roots governance capacity is an in-evitable choice to promote Chinese-style modernization.However,due to the changes in the main contradictions of china's society and the continuous evolution of the international development environment,there are also de-velopment difficulties in the construction of grassroots governance capacity,such as the insufficient role of the main elements of grassroots governance,the immature application of digital technology in grassroots governance,and the imperfect construction of the rule of law in grassroots governance.Therefore,in the process of Chinese-style modernization,the construction of grassroots governance capacity can be promoted by establishing a be-nign community of grassroots governance,adopting the grassroots governance model of"wise governance and empowerment",and organically integrating self-governance,the rule of law and the rule of virtue,so as to en-hance the level of grassroots rule of law and continuously enhance China's grassroots governance capacity.
