摘要
当前人们对于小数据的认识还很不一致.严格来说,小数据应该是描述并管理大数据的数据属性的数据.具体包括3种类型:关于大数据的数据属性的数据;描述大数据中所包含的主体、客体的基本特征的管理数据;描述大数据中的行为、过程等的数据.从技术上讲,这些小数据又可以归纳为元数据和主数据两类.当前,元数据和主数据都已经建立了比较成熟的国际标准和规范,因此小数据具备成熟的技术基础.小数据不仅是数据管理体系的核心内容,也是大数据产业发展的基础保障.近年来我国大数据产业发展迅速,但日益面临数据管理体系缺乏的瓶颈和制约.当前尤其要加强小数据管理体系建设,尽早建立完善国家数据管理体系,为我国大数据产业健康发展奠定坚实基础.
Abstract
The current understanding of small data is still very inconsistent. Strictly speaking, small data should be data that describes and manages the data attributes of big data. Specifically, it includes three types:data of big data'attributes; management data that describes the basic characteristics of subjects and objects contained in big data; data that describes behavior, processes, etc in big data. Technically, these small data can be divided into metadata and master data. At present, metadata and master data have established relatively mature international standards and norms, so small data has a mature technical basis. Small data is not only the core content of data management system, but also the basic guarantee for the development of big data industry. In recent years, China's big data industry has developed rapidly, but it is increasingly facing the bottleneck and restriction of the lack of data management system. At present, it is particularly necessary to strengthen the construction of small data management system, establish and improve the national data management system as soon as possible, and lay a solid foundation for the healthy development of China's big data industry.
