大数据背景下生态审计平台模型设计与发展路径探讨

摘要
近年来,我国生态环境问题受到广泛关注,开展生态审计有利于科学管理生态环境系统,促进经济可持续发展,而随着大数据技术的广泛应用与发展,给生态审计带来了重大机遇.基于大数据视角,概述生态审计的有关内容,设计构建一个大数据生态审计平台模型,提出加快建设生态环境大数据平台、全面推进大数据生态审计发展、加强大数据生态审计理论建设、建立健全大数据生态审计相关法律法规和准则体系、强化民众参与度的路径,以促进大数据生态审计的发展.
Abstract
In recent years, the issues of China's ecological environment have received extensive attention.Ecological auditing is conducive to the scientific management of ecological and environmental systems and the promotion of sustainable economic development. With the extensive application and development of big data technologies, there are major opportunities for ecological auditing. Based on the perspective of big data, the article outlines the relevant contents of ecological auditing, and designs and constructs a big data ecological auditing platform model. It proposes to speed up the construction of eco-environmental big data platform for the development of big data ecological auditing, and comprehensively promote the development of big data ecological auditing, strengthen the construction of Big Data Ecological Auditing Theory, establish and improve relevant laws, regulations and guidelines system for big data ecological auditing, and strengthen people 's participation, so as to promote the development of big data ecological auditing.
