摘要
中华文化"走出去"战略是我国为推动经济社会发展和文化交流而提出的一项综合性的前瞻性战略.这个战略是在我国文化产业逐步深入到国际文化产业分工及市场的竞争中提出来的.一方面,它是我国"走出去"战略的一个重要组成部分,是我国经济"走出去"在文化产业发展领域里的必然延伸,是克服巨大的文化贸易逆差所采取的必要措施.更深层次的,它还是一项文化战略,是在应对异质文化和同质文化的竞争过程中,积极应对挑战,通过增进国际文化交流等途径积极有效地实现中华文化"走出去",从而实现维护国家文化安全、提升中华文化国际影响力等目标.
Abstract
The strategy of Chinese culture "going out"is a comprehensive national strategy put forward to promote economic development and cultural exchanges. This strategy was put forward after the end of the transition period after China's accession to the WTO and the gradual deepening of the cultural industry into the international division of labor and market competition. On the one hand, it is an important part of "going out"strategy, an inevitable extension of China's economic"going out"in the field of cultural industry development, and a necessary measure to overcome the huge cultural trade deficit. In a deeper sense, it is also a cultural strategy. In the process of coping with the competition between heterogeneous cultures and homogeneous cultures, it actively meets the challenges, actively and effectively realizes the Chinese culture "going out"through enhancing international cultural exchanges, thus realizing the goals of safeguarding national cultural security and enhancing the international influence of Chinese culture.
