The Role and Development of"Fengqiao Experience"in Environmental Governance in the New Era
"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era is an important part of China's diversified dispute resolution mechanism,which has its unique advantages in preventing problems from deteriorating and promoting friendly consultation.Under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China,it can play a role in timely mediation of environmental disputes and soft law governance of the environment.However,facing the new era of environmental governance,the"Fengqiao Experience"still has some practical problems,such as the lack of social norms related to environmental protection,the failure to break the"judicial superstition"and the lack of mediation effect guarantee mechanism,which may hinder the"Fengqiao Experi-ence"in the new era from fully playing its due role.Therefore,there is an urgent need to improve relevant legislation,supple-ment environmental social norms,avoid excessive dependence on judicial channels,and improve the mediation effect guarantee mechanism.
