Research on the Factors Affecting the Overseas Market Development of China's New Energy Vehicles Analysis Based on ISM-AHP Model
Understanding the influencing factors of new energy vehicles in the overseas market development process is extremely important for better achieving China's strategic goals for new energy vehicles.The factors that affect the overseas market develop-ment of new energy vehicles can be summarized into 22 sub elements at five levels:production of new energy vehicle products,market conditions in the host country,marketing of new energy vehicle products,technical support for new energy vehicles,and policy conditions in China.An Interpretive Structural Model(ISM)for the influencing factors of overseas market development of new energy vehicles in China is constructed,and the relative importance of each direct impact is determined using Analytic Hier-archy Process(AHP).Based on this,it is proposed to focus on product research and development,optimize export strategies,enhance user stickiness,and optimize policy systems to enhance the development momentum of new energy vehicles in China,consolidate the development foundation,and better respond to the threat of alternative products.
