Digital Economy, Technological Innovation and High-quality Development of Logistics Industry
Digital economy has given new impetus to high-quality development. Can it drive the optimization and upgrading of the logistics industry and high-quality development? Based on the panel data of Chinese provinces from 2011 to 2020, this paper first analyzes the direct mechanism of digital economy on the high-quality development of the logistics industry, and then introduces the intermediary variable of technological innovation to empirically test the transmission mechanism of"digital economy-techno-logical innovation-high-quality development of the logistics industry". The results show that:1) the development of the digitale-conomy has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of the logistics industry, and the results are still signifi-cant after shortening the sample period and eliminating the robustness test of developed provinces;2)technological innovationcan to promote the high-quality development of the logistics industry, and has an intermediary effect between the digital economy and the high-quality development of the logistics industry;3)the impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of the lo-gistics industry is regionally heterogeneous, with the most significant area in the east and centralregions, and the degree of impact on the western region is significantly lower than that in the eastern and central regions, while the impact on the northeast region is not significant.
