摘要
传承和发扬工程师精神是培养卓越工程师队伍的重要内容.基于布鲁内尔、特尔福德、赵祖康、薛卓斌、郑皆连等卓越工程师的工程实践,分析他们在一系列卓绝的工程活动中蕴含的意志信念、价值取向和行为准则等精神内核,提出工程师精神的当代内涵,即恪守工程师要义、履行工程师职责、体现工程师价值、关注社会效益,并揭示工程师精神的新特征,以期加强工程师精神的形塑.
Abstract
Inheriting and promoting the engineer spirit is an important part of an outstanding engineer team.Based on the engi-neering practices of outstanding engineers such as Brunel,Telford,Zhao Zukang,Xue Zhuobin,and Zheng Junlian,this article analyzes their spiritual core about beliefs,value orientations,and behavioral norms in a series of engineering activities,and pro-poses the contemporary connotation of engineer spirit:adhering engineer principles,fulfilling engineer responsibilities,reflecting engineer values,and concerning social benefit.It also reveals the new characteristics of engineer spirit,so as to strengthen the cultivation of engineer spirit.
