Public health emergencies have brought challenges to urban agglomeration governance due to their complex causes,di-verse types and extensive impacts.In order to solve the problems such as lack of effective public health emergency warning and emergency mechanism,omission of public health safety emergency information management,too long vertical chain of public health emergency management,urban agglomeration community wisdom management level to be improved,and insufficient abili-ty of urban transportation system to cope with public health emergencies in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,by constructing the joint command mechanism of emergency management in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,realizing the intelligent management of public health emergencies,constructing the integrated smart city government system,improving the smart govern-ance level of the smart urban agglomeration community,and realizing the smart traffic management based on new technologies,etc..The ability of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle to cope with public health emergencies is constantly improved.
