In 601 BC,King Chu Zhuang went to eastern Huarui for allying with kings of Wu and Yue,and established hegemony in two states of Wu and Yue.King Chu Zhuang had ordered the Shen state's premier Sun Shuao to dig a canal between the lake of Chao and the river of Fei,and opened the waterway of Chaohuai,ready for his sailing for the lake of Chao to meet kings of Wu and Yue.This alliance's place Huahui was located in the lake of Chao's basin,and its specific location was at the source of ancient Ruxu river,which was riverfront between the Chaohu urban district and Hanshan county's Dongguan.
