With the perfect combination of commodity production and mass media,as well as the universal separation of overall social life,the society of spectacle has a realistic foundation for its generation.Under different historical conditions,spectacle dominates society through centralized,dispersed,and comprehensive modes,causing the entire social life to fall into the con-sumption trap of pseudo cyclic time.The culture and ideology of society also lose the power of negation,and social subjects ulti-mately become addicted to the illusory world of landscapes and cannot extricate themselves.Based on this premise,Guy Debord proposed a prospect plan that transcends society of spectacle from the perspectives of organizational form,theoretical criticism style,and practical approach.
