By constructing an"iron triangle"model for private enterprises to"change the funds into shares",this paper explores the internal relationships and interactions among private enterprises, farmers, and village collectives in the implementation of rural revitalization strategies. It analyzes the following questions that private enterprises have insufficient investment funds, poor loan investment effects, weak fund attractiveness;farmers themselves do not have too much funds, are averse to risk investment, and have unstable fund investment;village collectives also have insufficient utilization of support funds, and the direction and returns of fund investment are difficult to be determined. Then it explores the path choice of fully leveraging the way of"changing funds into shares"of private enterprises, driving the farmers to"change funds into shares",and driving the village collectives to"change funds into shares",in order to serve the rural revitalization strategy.
