Research on the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Preschool Teacher's Emotional Labor in the Field of Family-Kindergarten Conflict
The level of preschool teacher's emotional labor in the field of family-kindergarten conflict affects the effective-ness of the conflict resolution.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 800 preschool teachers to explore the cur-rent situation and influencing factors of preschool teacher's emotional labor in the field of family-kindergarten con-flict.It is found that the overall level of preschool teacher's emotional labor is above average,with more use of deep behaviors.There are significant differences in the level of preschool teacher's emotional labor in terms of marital status,kindergarten nature and level,but no significant differences in teaching age,education and position.The individual,kindergarten,and social factors are significantly and positively related to the overall emotional labor of preschool teachers,as well as the three strategies of surface behavior,deep behavior,and natural behavior.Among them,the individual factor has the greatest impact on the overall emotional labor and the three strategies.The kindergarten factor's influence on deep behavior is second only to the individual factor and higher than the social factor.It is suggested improving the preschool teachers' emotional labor from the perspectives of teachers them-selves,kindergartens,and society.
