Changes,Challenges,and Improvement Paths of Grassroots Governance during the Transformation Period
Grassroots governance is the cornerstone of national governance.During the transitional period,effective gov-ernance of complex grassroots fields is an important focus for promoting national construction and development.At present,the transformation of grassroots fields presents three aspects,namely the social life shift shown by the ur-banization of people in the later stage of urbanization,the governance structure shift guided by responsibility con-straints under the optimization of the national system,and the ecological shift of grassroots interaction scenes brought about by information technology innovation.Under the historical practice of these three transformations,grassroots social governance is influenced by both society and the state.To build a sustainable and healthy grassro-ots governance ecosystem,it is necessary to improve it from both the state and society perspectives,following the path of grassroots empowerment,formal decompression,authority and legality from the national perspective,as well as the path of state presence,life integration,and responsibility construction from the social perspective.
