Study on the Comic Adaptation of LU Xun's Novel At the Restaurant in the Context of New Media
In the context of new media,the study of LU Xun's novels and related image adaptations is an important topic.In the past,research on the image adaptation of LU Xun's novels has mainly focused on sorting out historical materials from a macro perspective,and neglected to provide detailed explanations of image art.Naturally,there has been relatively little research on the combination of text and painting,so the discussion inevitably has the short-comings of being vague and one-sided.Taking the adaptation of LU Xun's novel At the Restaurant as the research point,the novel is placed in the creative context of the comic for a fresh reflection.The text and images are com-pared,and the artistic characteristics of the adapted work are analyzed from the perspectives of adapted text and composition art.The unique spiritual connotations of images are studied,and the aesthetic characteristics reflected in different image adaptations are explored.
