Analysis of Regional Differences and Influencing Factors in the Survival Status of Caregivers for Children Aged 0～3
Paying attention to the survival status of Caregivers for Children Aged 0～3 is beneficial for the professional growth and team stability.Through an empirical investigation of the survival status of 666 childcare workers in three regions,namely Northeast China,East China,and West China,it was found that the overall survival status of childcare workers is above average and there are regional differences.Government guarantees are the key factors af-fecting the survival status of childcare workers in Northeast China,institutional management is the potential factor affecting the survival status of childcare workers in East China,and individual subjectivity is the driving factor af-fecting the survival status of childcare workers in West China.Based on the survey results,it proposes relevant sug-gestions to improve the survival status of childcare workers.
