Research on the Optimization of Rural Logistics Distribution Paths under the Integration of Urban and Ru-ral Passenger,Freight and Postal Services
In response to the high cost of terminal delivery and difficulties in urban and rural passenger transportation op-erations in China, based on the traditional cargo delivery model,a transportation mode of integrating passenger and freight between urban and rural areas is adopted.By optimizing the transportation path of passenger vehicles in the region, the overall transportation cost is optimized to achieve the optimal operational goal.Based on the characteris-tics of rural freight and passenger transportation,an optimization model for urban-rural logistics distribution paths considering passenger and cargo constraints and time window constraints is constructed. The results indicate that compared to the transportation plan of passenger and freight transportation before integration, the optimal distribu-tion path plan under the integration of passenger, freight and mail can effectively reduce the unit transportation cost of a certain county. This further illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the practical application of the urban-rural logistics distribution model that integrates passenger, freight, and mail, providing a reference for vehicle rou-ting schemes in this distribution model to solve the problems of high logistics terminal distribution costs and low effi-ciency in rural areas.
