摘要

托育评估是规范托育机构行为,提高托育服务质量,促进婴幼儿身心健康发展的重要举措,是托育机构管理的重要组成.构建托育评估人员专业素养指标体系是规范开展托育评估的关键要素.通过德尔菲法,进行三轮专家咨询,构建包含专业理念与道德、评估基础与技能及评估组织与实施 3 个一级指标、7 个二级指标和 23个三级指标的托育评估人员专业素养指标体系,为托育评估人员的专业化发展及专业素养提升提供理论依据,助推托育行业高质量发展.

Abstract

Childcare assessment is an important measure to standardize the behavior of childcare institutions,improve the quality of childcare services,and promote the physical and mental health development of infants and young chil-dren.It is also an important component of childcare institution management.Building a professional competence in-dex system for childcare evaluators is a key element in standardizing the conduct of childcare evaluations.Through the Delphi method,three rounds of expert consultation were conducted to construct a professional competence index system for childcare assessors,which includes 3 primary indicators—professional philosophy and ethics,evaluation foundation and skills,and evaluation organization and implementation,7 secondary indicators,and 23 tertiary indi-cators.This system provides a theoretical basis for the professional development and improvement of childcare as-sessors,and promotes the high-quality development of the childcare industry.
