摘要
思想政治教育通过传授正确的价值观引领新质生产力的发展方向,同时新质生产力也为思想政治教育提供了教育资源和创新手段.然而,思想政治教育赋能新质生产力面临育人理念僵化、教育失衡、供需错位等问题.为此,需要从建立现代化"大教育观",培养高层次创新型人才,协同高等教育、职业教育与继续教育供给侧与需求侧的发展以及塑造具备国际影响力的世界级教育中心四个维度着手,使思想政治教育促进新质生产力的形成与发展.
Abstract
Ideological and political education guides the development direction of new quality productivity by imparting correct values,while new quality productivity also provides educational resources and innovative means for ideolog-ical and political education.However,the empowerment of new quality productivity through ideological and politi-cal education faces problems such as rigid educational concepts,educational imbalances,and supply-demand im-balances.Thus,it is necessary to start from four dimensions:establishing a modern"big education concept",cul-tivating high-level innovative talents,coordinating the development of supply and demand sides of higher education,vocational education,and continuing education,and shaping a world-class education center with international influ-ence,so that ideological and political education can promote the formation and development of new quality produc-tivity.
