美国艾奥瓦州雨水花园建设推广策略与借鉴

摘要
美国艾奥瓦州(Iowa)可以观察到世界上最典型的农业景观带来的水文变化,该州从流域生态条件出发,制定全州水资源计划,积累了 80 余年的雨水管理经验.作为低影响开发(LID)策略的雨水花园在当地各城镇得到广泛建造,并具有极高的公众参与度.艾奥瓦州雨水花园的协同建设策略与社会参与机制,可为我国海绵城市雨水花园的实际建设和维护提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
The state of Iowa,USA,represents the most typical hydrological changes brought about by agricultural landscapes in the world.The state has accumulated more than 80 years of experience in rainwater management by developing statewide water plans based on its watershed ecological conditions.Rain gardens,as a Low Impact Development(LID)strategy,are widely constructed in the towns and cities there with a high level of public involvement.The collaborative construction strategy and community participation mechanism of rain gardens in Iowa can provide reference for the construction and maintenance of rain gardens in Chinese sponge cities.
