基于缺口应力法的薄板焊接接头疲劳性能评估

为验证缺口应力法在板厚小于 5 mm的薄板焊接接头疲劳评估的适用性,开展了Q345qD薄板焊接接头疲劳性能试验,获得了薄板焊接接头疲劳试验数据,结合有限元分析计算的焊接接头缺口应力集中系数,绘制了缺口应力疲劳寿命曲线,确定了薄板焊接接头疲劳曲线斜度值和疲劳等级值,与已有研究成果进行比较,发现Q345qD薄板焊接接头具有更高的疲劳曲线斜度值和疲劳等级值,研究结果可供实际工程中疲劳性能评估做参考.
Evaluation of Fatigue Performance of Sheet Welded Joints Based on the Notched Stress Method
In order to verify the applicability of the notched stress method to the fatigue assessment of sheet welded joints with plate thickness of less than 5 mm,the fatigue performance test of Q345qD sheet welded joints was carried out,obtaining the fatigue test data,and combined with the notched stress concentration coefficient of welded joints calculated by finite element analysis,the notched stress fatigue life curve was drawn,thereby determining the slope value and fatigue grade value of the fatigue curve of sheet welded joints.Compared with the existing research results,it's found that the Q345qD sheet welded joint has a higher fatigue curve slope value and a fatigue grade value.The research results can be used as a reference for fatigue performance evaluation in actual engineering.
