T梁翼缘横坡可调节式活动模板研究与应用

为解决T梁定型钢模板自重大、造价高、费工费时的问题,研究一种T梁翼缘横坡可调节式活动模板,以适应不同横坡的T梁现浇要求.该模板的支撑架竖杆为 10#槽钢,横杆及斜杆为 8#槽钢,可调节螺杆为φ16 丝杆,翼缘板处模板与侧模板之间采用活动铰连接,并设置刻度计,实现T梁翼缘板处横坡的自由、精准调节,可实现同一套模板浇筑具有不同横坡的T梁.经计算分析和工程应用,证明此种横坡可调节式活动模板具有施工方便、提供工作效率、节约施工成本等优点.
Research and Application of Adjustable Formwork for T-shaped Beam Flange Transverse Slope
In order to solve the problems of T-shaped beam steel formwork,such as heavy self-weight,high cost,labor and time consuming,a type of T-shaped beam flange transverse slope adjustable formwork was studied to meet the requirements of T-shaped beam cast-in-situ with different transverse slope.The support frame of the formwork is made of 10#channel steel,8#channel steel for the cross bar and inclined rod,the adjustable screw is φ16 screw,the flange plate formwork is connected with the side formwork with a movable hinge,with the scale set,realizing the free and accurate adjustment of the transverse slope at the flange plate of the T-shaped beam.Thus,to pour T-shaped beams with different transverse slopes in the same set of formwork can be achieved.Through calculation analysis and engineering application,it's proved that this kind of formwork with adjustable transverse slope has the advantages of convenient construction,work efficiency and cost saving.
