不良地质隧道侵限段换拱施工技术研究

在隧道工程建设过程中,受隧道围岩地质不确定性影响,隧道时常会发生初支结构侵入二衬结构限界,进而导致二衬隧道衬砌厚度不足等问题.初支换拱就是将侵限的岩体钢架破除,释放围岩压力并再次进行支护的有效手段.该文以广西瑶山至南丹公路(二期)工程在建项目为例,通过隧道初支侵限原因分析及施工过程监控量测优化论证,将隧道拱顶最大沉降由 95 mm降低并稳定控制在 30 mm内,可为软弱围岩隧道侵限换拱施工提供理论参考.
Research on the Construction Technology of Arch Replacement in the Penetration Section of a Poor Geological Tunnel
In the process of tunnel construction,due to the influence of the geological uncertainty of the surrounding rock of the tunnel,the initial support structure often invades the limit of the secondary lining structure,causing the problem of insufficient lining thickness of the secondary lining tunnel.Arch replacement of the initial support structure is an effective means to break the steel frame of the invaded rock mass,and to release the surrounding rock pressure and support again.Based on the Guangxi Yaoshan—Nandan Highway(Phase II)project under construction,and through the cause analysis of such invasion of the initial support of the tunnel and the optimization of the monitoring and measurement in the construction process,the maximum settlement of the tunnel vault is reduced from 95 mm to within 30 mm,providing a theoretical reference for the arch replacement construction of the tunnel in soft surrounding rocks.
