Research on Fire Resistance of the Composite Roof Boarding System with Single Galvanized Sheet Inside
In order to study the fire resistance limit of the new composite wood-steel structured roof boarding system compared with that of the traditional roof boarding system and the cold tile roof system,the finite element analysis model was established by using Abaqus simulation software.Under the standard temperature rise curve,the temperature field simulation analysis of three kinds of roof systems was carried out.The results showed that with the increase of time and temperature,in the traditional roof boarding system and the cold tile roof system,the wood plate is carbonized earlier than the wood beam;In the new wood-steel structured roof boarding system,the wood plate is carbonized later than the wood beam and the carbonization speed of the upper and lower plates obviously changes.Then,the structural field analysis of the three roof systems under the same load was carried out.The results showed that the fire resistance limit of the new composite roof boarding system is 73%higher than that of the traditional roof boarding system,and 52%higher than that of the cold tile system.It is concluded that the new wood-steel structure system has better fire resistance,which can provide reference for the wood structure construction and renovation in villages and towns.
