住宅末端消防系统设计探讨

摘要
对住宅末端消防系统设计问题进行思考和分析,总结出当前规范下住宅项目末端消防(主要包括消防软管(或轻便水龙)及灭火器)系统设计的主要问题,建议相关规范增加住宅的消火栓,应要求设置消防软管卷盘,住宅灭火器的保护区域应同时考虑公区及户内的要求,上述两项消防加强措施技术难度不大,经济成本的增加也有限,值得推广.
Abstract
The design issue of the terminal fire protection system of residential buildings were considered and analyzed,and the main problems in the system design(mainly including fire hose(or por-table hose)and fire extinguisher)of residential projects under the current specifications were summarized.It is suggested that fire hy-drant should be added in relevant specifications and the fire hose reel should be required as well.The protection area of the residential fire extinguisher should also consider the requirements of the public area and the indoor area.The above two fire strengthening measures are not technically difficult,and the economic cost is limited,which is worth promoting.
