大型吊挂异形玻璃幕墙施工测量及安装技术研究

摘要
当前的玻璃幕墙钢立柱在安装时多为独立搭接,关联紧密度不高,导致幕墙容重无法达到预设标准,为此对大型吊挂异形玻璃幕墙施工测量及安装技术进行了分析和研究.采用放线控制的方式实现幕墙测量.以此为基础,对预埋件定位,采用分段形式,搭接钢立柱,安装异形玻璃板,使用边缘满焊处理的方式实现玻璃幕墙安装.结果表明:测定得出最终数值可以达到 55 kg/m2,能较好地将单块幕墙的重量控制在 50~60 kg/m2 的最佳标准之内,说明在安装的过程中,幕墙的整体承重能力得到了明显提升,具有更强的荷载能力,安装及后续使用效果更佳.
Abstract
Currently,steel columns for glass curtain wall are mostly independently lapped during installation,with weak correlation tightness,leading to that the volume weight of the curtain wall cannot reach the preset standard.Therefore,the construction measurement and installation technology of large suspended special-shaped glass curtain wall are analyzed and studied.The curtain wall measurement is realized by the way of setting-out control.On this basis,the embedded parts shall be positioned in sections,overlapped with steel columns,and installed with special-shaped glass plates.Thus the installation of glass curtain wall was realized with full-edge welding.The results showed that the final value measured can reach 55 kg/m2,which can better control the weight of a single curtain wall within the optimal standard of 50~60 kg/m2,indicating that the overall load-bearing capacity of the curtain wall has been significantly improved during the installation process,with greater load capacity,and better installation and subsequent use effects.
