该文基于"第四场所"理论,采用观察法和问卷法对广州天河路商圈进行实证研究,分析在城市中心商业区高度私有化的公共空间中,陌生人之间的非正式社会生活与互动发生的空间条件与表现方式,并试图从城市存量更新的角度总结出提高城市中心商业区公共空间吸引力与社会交往潜力的策略,从而为相关城市空间的更新优化提供借鉴与参考.
Research on Public Space in Urban Central Business Districts Based on the Theory of the "Fourth Place"——A Case Study of Tianhe Road Business District in Guangzhou
Based on the "fourth place" theory, this paper made an empirical study on Tianhe Road Business District in Guangzhou through observation and questionnaire methods, analyzing the spatial conditions and manifestations of the informal social life and interaction among strangers in highly privatized public spaces in urban central business districts . From the perspective of urban stock renewal, this paper made an attempt to summarize the strategies to improve the attractiveness of public space and the potential of social interaction in the urban central business districts, so as to provide reference for the renewal and optimization of relevant urban space.
